- Returns : If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to return your unworn ring, along with all of the original packaging and certificates back to us. Package must be post marked within 7 days of receiving to be eligible for return. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee from your refund. Customer is in charge of all return shipping fees. You will not be refunded for the original shipping fees, they will be subtracted from your total refund. Refunds are NOT APPLICABLE for any custom work.
- SHIPPING: Luxe by Borcik will ship your ring within 4 weeks of placing your order, using Fedex or insured USPS.
- DELIVERY : Delivery after shipment date should be no longer than 2 weeks, will usually arrive within just a few days.
TAXES/DUTIES/REFUSED SHIPMENTS (FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS): You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. We cannot pre-determine customs fees and Luxe By Borcik is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Luxe By Borcik, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Luxe by Borcik. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package returns well, as items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.
- WARRANTY : Luxe By Borcik offers a 90 day Limited Warranty on all of our rings. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Our manufacturing warranty includes: All repairs and resizing within 90 days of purchase and correcting any manufacturing defects. Professional cleaning and inspections. Our manufacturing warranty does not Include: The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing. Damage due to wear such as worn or bent prongs or the resulting loss of gemstones. Theft or loss of the ring. We recommend insuring your ring with a 3rd party insurance company or with your home/rental policy. Please note that all fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. Precious metals, especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal maintenance. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, maintenance, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry. Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than Luxe By Borcik will void the warranty.
